By accessing or using TVS's website, UGC Creator Portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TVS operates a platform connecting brands with content creators for the production of user-generated content ("UGC"). The Service includes a public website and a private Creator Portal accessible to onboarded creators.
3. Creator Accounts
Access to the Creator Portal is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content Ownership & License
Creators retain ownership of content they produce unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement or brand contract. By submitting content through the Service, you grant TVS a limited, non-exclusive license to review, store, and display that content for the purpose of matching creators with brands and operating the Service.
5. Tiers & Evaluation
Creators may be assigned to performance or experience tiers at TVS's discretion, based on criteria including but not limited to content quality, reliability, and experience. Tier assignment does not guarantee work opportunities and may be changed at any time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access to other accounts, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the Service's normal operation.
7. Termination
TVS may suspend or terminate access to the Creator Portal at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
